Request: The client wanted to elevate their typical influencer marketing activities and implement a more exciting, authentic promotional strategy, replacing traditional unboxing videos with something more engaging.

Problem: Previous marketing activities failed to effectively reach the extreme sports audience. Home unboxing videos and average product demonstrations didn't create a strong emotional connection between the brand and the target audience, resulting in lower-than-expected order numbers.

Solution: We developed a new "in action" marketing strategy, placing the promotion directly in the
context of extreme sports. The team visited the largest skateparks in Lisbon and Barcelona, where professional BMX riders and skateboarders showcased the products in action. The video content created here not only made the brand's presence more authentic but also significantly increased the reach to the target audience.

Problem: Product images provided by suppliers did not meet the brand's quality expectations, both visually and in terms of branding. The images failed to properly convey the brand's unique style and identity, so they were unsuitable for professional marketing campaigns.

Solution: Our in-house graphic team created unique designs, which were photographed on professional models at iconic locations across Europe and Asia. During the photoshoots, we created premium quality campaign images and social media content that:

Request: The client requested the design of marketing materials for globally recognized brands such as Coca-Cola, Britto, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and South Park. The goal was to collaborate on these global partnerships and create creative marketing materials that would further promote the brands. Our task was to design videos, images, animations, and other marketing materials with the help of our graphic designers, video editors, and animators.

Problem: The challenge in collaborating with global brands was to create content that serves the interests of both brands while being unique, eye-catching, and memorable. In such collaborations, not only are the direct sales results of each brand important, but mutual promotion is also critical to provide both brands with a wider audience and growing brand value.

Solution: During the collaboration with global brands, we creatively and innovatively designed the necessary marketing materials. Videos, images, animations, and other visual content were created, perfectly reflecting the unique style and character of each brand. Since we were working with iconic brands like Coca-Cola, Britto, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and South Park, we paid great attention to ensuring the content was not only entertaining but also provided real value for the brands.
The advantage of such collaborations is that both brands can reach a massive new audience, and the mutual promotion provides both brands with more advertising and sales opportunities. Request: One of the world's most recognized gym brands sought a partner to design fresh, custom products for their online store, as previous designs were too template-based and one-dimensional in the market. The brand aimed to stand out from competitors with unique, customized products that strengthen the brand and improve the customer experience.

Problem: The products provided by suppliers did not align with the brand's premium appearance or meet customers' expectations. The existing designs were too similar to other gym brands' products, so they failed to distinguish the brand in the market and did not generate the expected customer interest.

Solution: We designed completely unique and customized products for the brand in close collaboration with fashion designers and graphic artists. We managed the entire design and manufacturing process, from the initial concepts to mass production. Centralized Fulfillment Software

Obotoz

Request: The client wanted a centralized fulfillment software that would manage orders from multiple online stores, process them with a single click, and automatically forward them to the appropriate suppliers. Additionally, there was a need for the ability to publish products to multiple online stores simultaneously, minimizing manual work.

Problem: The order management process was extremely time-consuming, as each order had to be processed separately and manually forwarded to suppliers. The same problem occurred with product uploads: products had to be manually added to each store, which consumed a lot of time and increased the potential for errors.

Solution: We developed the Obotoz centralized fulfillment software, which automates order processing and product publishing. The system manages orders from all online stores on a single platform, forwards them to the appropriate suppliers with one click, and publishes products to multiple stores just as easily. The result: a 5x faster and more efficient process, reduced costs, minimal human errors, and significant time savings.
Additionally, Obotoz enables launching up to 10 new e-commerce websites in a single day since the integration of products, orders, and suppliers is fully automated. This allows businesses to scale faster while keeping operational costs low.
